Through focused capacity building and structured training programs, we aim to enhance the skills and competencies of cooperative personnel. We also facilitate exposure visits of officials and cooperative leaders to learn from best practices across the country, enabling adoption of innovative and successful cooperative models.

Further, we are strengthening procurement and market linkage systems, contributing towards the vision of “One India, Strong Cooperatives”, ensuring better value realization for producers and improved supply chain efficiency.
